- 2 tablespoon butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon water or light cream
- 1/3 cup diced cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Melt butter in an 8-inch frying pan.
- Crack eggs into a mixing bowl.
- Add water or cream to the eggs and lightly beat with whisk.Add salt and pepper.
- Pour eggs into the frying pan and cook over low heat. Add cheese, stirring constantly with wooden spoon, until they are thickened but moist.
- Remove from heat.
