Mushroom Rice Ball

Ingredients:
-1/4 onion, minced
-1 cup mushroom
-2 tbsp butter
-2 tbsp all purpose flour
-1 cup milk
-3 cup rice
-1 teaspoon salt
-1/2 teaspoon pepper
-1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
-1 cup diced mozarella cheese
-1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Method:
1.
Heat a large skillet in a medium-high heat.Add margarine and stir fry onion until fragrant. Add mushroom stir about 2 min then add the flour.
2.Very gradually pour the milk and stir until smooth.Remove from heat.Add rice, salt, pepper and nutmeg, stir to combine.
3.Take 1 tablespoon rice, add mozarella and cheddar cheese, make a ball shape.
4.Deep fry until golden brown.
